Kenzy Architects worked closely with Dave Downing and Associates to deliver a ground-up addition and remodel for their light industrial facility in Mesa, Arizona. Rooted in a deep understanding of the client's operations and long-term goals, the design maximizes the value and full utilization of the site resolving key site challenges to accommodate a new 12,000-square-foot warehouse and light industrial addition that effectively doubled the size of the existing building. The existing office and light industrial space was thoughtfully remodeled to complement the expansion, resulting in a cohesive, fully integrated facility. Kenzy played an instrumental role in the entitlements process, navigating approvals and site work to bring the project to fruition.
