Kenzy Architects was founded by Sara Yehia, an architect known for her ability to connect with people and translate their goals into purposeful, well-crafted spaces. Her approach blends creative vision with structured process — shaping a culture of collaboration that defines the firm today.
SARA YEHIA
ARCHITECT & FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
Sara founded Kenzy Architects in 2018 with a vision: to create a firm grounded in collaboration, clarity, and human-centered design. With experience spanning over a million square feet of projects — from corporate offices and higher education to retail, restaurants, and industrial — she blends creative vision with technical expertise to deliver spaces that work in real life.
Sara leads with positivity and process, ensuring every project is not only successful but also collaborative and rewarding.
Originally from Cairo, Egypt, Sara earned her Master of Architecture at Arizona State University after studying at the School of Fine Arts in Cairo. She is licensed in both Arizona and Egypt, has taught design studio at ASU, and remains active in professional organizations including AIA, ULI, NAIOP, AZCREW, and NOMA.
Her leadership and design contributions have been recognized with honors including the AIA10 Award from AIA Arizona, as well as features in AZRE, AZ Big Media, NCARB, and ULI Arizona.
